I disassembled the high note, it was pretty clean inside so I cleaned the electrical contacts and now it works. I used machine screws and nuts to reassemble it.
Low note tested fine.
I bead blasted both and painted them.

$125 shipped, add $10 for the green dual horn jumper wire if you need it too.
