Grant 832.

Reasons: Looks OK, is "inexpensive", adapter kit is "inexpensive", 3.5" deep dish moves the steering wheel toward the dash about an inch.
Available on Amazon and Ebay

http://grantproducts.com/products/view/83/

You have to download their catalog to get the diameters, dish depths and other models available.

Not sure what you mean by "flat bottom"... I have a Lecarra 43201 14" wheel on a flaming River tilt column.. The wheel is dished only about one inch, and the adaptor hub places the wheel 2 1/2 inches above the top lip of the column.

The steering wheel looks like the letter "D" laying on it's side, flat line down.

Sorry, can't help you there. All my steering wheels are round, no flat spots.. Have you looked at Lokar's catalog.. They have 100s of Lecarra wheels..

Re: What Small Steering Wheel You Using?

I used a wheel out of a 1986 Chevy Z24 Cavalier. Bolted right on and the original GMC horn cap snapped on. I even used the Cavalier 6cyl tach.

yes, why I did it. Truck has PS and 3 OTT. At 6'2" I had to have my leg sideways to work brake as stock steering wheel was so big

Yeah, I'm 6'5" with power steering, Lokar shifter's on the floor though, annd I got a beer belly.

In your opinion do you think a 13" or 13.5" wheel would be a problem?

Thanks!
