The shorter strips look like rear side panel brackets and the longer ones look like strips for the weatherstripping on the tailgate.

The suburban plates are different than the Blazer plates.

I may have a pair of Blazer plates (hatch side) but will be tomorrow before I can check I may also have some of the hinge bolts if needed.
