Back on the road after 6 years under a tree in Oregon

Finally got this thing on the road after scraping moss off it for the last year and digging the pine needles out of the carb and gas tank. I guess the old 283 will last for another year. It has semi respectable exhaust, a working stereo, heater, new wiper blades and brakes that will acutally slide the tires. Oh yeah...got the snow tires and baldies off. It is really cool getting splashed from water coming up through the missing rockers...LOL!

This picture is proof that in the right light and with enough rain water on it...even a POS looks good!

Thanks...lots of plans but consistent operation is first. Power steering is still on the shop floor, new front clip is 1/2 done and spread from Kent to Bothell! I am still optimistic that I will drive it to the Monroe Swap meet in two weeks!
