Got everything put together and fitted. NEVER BUY AFTERMARKET JUNK. fenders suck. not happy with them at all.

Not too many people lower 8 lug trucks unless its a dually. I saw this suburban at a show and really liked the wheels and stance. Of course its on air, but in my opinion the slots would look good on your truck and be period correct too. May not be your thing, just thought Id share it with you.

passed! so happy to be driving, now just have to get the truck done lol. yes i'm gonna leave it 8 lug, i think its unique! i liove the slot idea but everybody wants so much for a set. theres a set of NOS ones in 15x7 on ebay right now but their $800!!

I'm keeping mine 8LUG as well. Just as you say, sets it apart from some others. Project is looking great, keep up the great work.

well the trucks at the body shop finally, and i ended up finding a gm passenger fender and had no luck on the driver. should be painted within 2 weeks!

its goin to be world ralley blue pearl-subaru color. its suppose to be like candy apple "blue". i might also go with a touch more pearl if theirs not enugh lol

should i go with power mirrors like on 1low1tons truck, or should i go with sport? i have 2 sport mirrors and a nos power mirror but i dont know which ones would look the best.

personally The elephant ears are my favorite mirror for these truck. For a 16 yr old- you are doing an amazing job.

thanks alot, i try to get things done as fast as possable, but it all comes down to how much money you have at what time lol. i like the sport mirrors alot, and the dumbo mirrors look good too but not really my thing. thanks for the advice.

just bought the newest street trucks magazine, and saw chris reyna's 79 c10 on the front cover. it inspired me to keep the trim on. i would go with lexus pearl white on the side, and the rest subaru WR blue pearl. what do you guys think?
