How about a quickie roadtrip with me?

I know there are a few of you that follow along on my adventures, so here is another one.
Left northern MN on 1-2-19 with a -9 temp heading a little south to find a truck for my wife. (early 2000s chev or gmc) Spent the first night in Lincoln NE with much nicer temps. Day 2 was in the Wichita area with really nice temps and sun. Didn't find a truck for my wife but found some stuff along the way.

Looked at the truck in the last pic with the tow hooks. One was extreme, one was the regular 69-72 hook. It was listed on the spid and a low mileage truck. I think it may have left the factory that way. I have heard of a couple other 72s like this before also.

Enjoy the few pics that I took...

Re: How about a quickie roadtrip with me?

Sorry, I thought I had a few more pics.
Pic 3 is the type of truck I was after.
I guess the tow hook pic isn't the best, looked better on my camera...

The shortbed we just stood on end behind the trailer and 2 guys walked it down pretty easy. The longbed was stood on end with a small bob cat and 2 of us just laid it down on the trailer. Pretty easy.

I found the owner of the truck and it is for sale, but not cheap. Still thinking on it...
