Lengthen the driveline, if you've never had one done save yourself some time and stop by the driveline shop and ask them how they want you to measure it, from what point to what point.

Re: longer driveshaft yoke

well the yoke just slides on splines on the end of the driveshaft it doesn't look like it would be that bad

Re: longer driveshaft yoke

I don't know if different length yokes exist. I've not seen anything but stock, and have always either shortened or lengthened the driveshaft as required.

Re: longer driveshaft yoke

The link didn’t work. Go to the Fort Wayne clutch website.

Not sure which transmission you are running but check the link.

Re: longer driveshaft yoke

IMHO....the longer yokes may be an "easier" fix, but they may also be a future source of issues....

I would suggest you get a longer front driveshaft made up by a specialist shop....the driveshafts in these trucks can move in and out 3" with suspension movement....

More if the rear is dropped....

Just my humble opinion.

Like I said, I have no knowledge about a longer yoke. If such a thing exists, he's a lucky dog if he can get one and then use it. This site is great for helping people find stuff for their trucks.

Re: longer driveshaft yoke

Checkout Tom Woods driveshafts. Quality products. Will custom make or modify your current driveshaft. I have used them on my CJ and K20. Excellent
