Well a sawzall would work it needs to be cut pretty low mine was basicall ripped off . i dont care if you use a tourch just as long as it is low enough for me to weld in . I need the all of the vetical sections along with top . greyhound would ship no problem . dhl might do it to . If you want pm me your # and i will call you got an idea on price ?
