Do you have a pic of this setup ? Any more information besides it being a "custom" conversion kit for our vehicles ?

I've got mine at the upholster, right now -- and don'e know what to do to update / upgrade the headliner.

Thanks

Ev

mine is made of pegboard material and is divided into four sections across from front to back, it looks factory, but im not sure. the only thing about this truck that i am aware of not being stock are the letters on the doors and hood saying "volunteer fire dept." and "ambulance",everything is pretty stock, so i think it is factory. neither of those links have what i do

Headliner

Something I found out last week. Only the front and rear pieces of my headliner actually had holes. Looks like the other pieces had little dots painted on them. It was the original headliner. My burb is a 72.

Showed yesterday. I can say that it looks nice but not a hardboard type like the original. It is cloth that is sewn together where the bows are. I am not too impressed by the kit. It contains bows that are aluminum but there are no end caps. I may spray glue this to a thin piece of thermo foam before installing

Brewski, you might first install Dynamat's Hoodliner or Dynamat Extreme to the roof. Just an idea I'm pondering for one of my burbs to keep it both cooler and quieter. Don't ask me how well cloth headliners stick to either product.

Save your self some cash and go to lowes and buy the 1/8 " thick fiberglass bathroom wall board,it's textured it's white and its thin enough that it bends for the curves in the roofline. I put it in Big Orange and she won alot of shows and 3 best interior awards!!!!!!!!!!!
I did put the sound deadner on 1st. There's alot of members that have seen my burb. I sold it afew years back at Good Guys at Lowes Speedway for BIG BUCKS!!!!!!

Sending this product back. I will loose money doing it unless someone wants it. I paid 120.00 and 41.00 shipping. Will ship to your door for 110.00. That is what I will get back. It is nice but not hard board like I want. I can take pix if someone is interested. Really not bad for 110.00.

The pics would be nice since I have never seen an aftermarket burb headliner. I may need to purchase aftermarket for one of my burbs since I have three burbs with only two headliner'd. No dough for a purchase, though.

Don't put yourself out for just me.

I would be interested in the headliner "Big Stew" , if you find a way to remove it. I would like everything, even the edge channel and screws. Please let me know.
