Running Brake Lines Reference Materail

I switched my truck to disc brakes all around and shortened the frame to inbetween a long and short bed. That being said I need to run all of the brake lines including valves and mounting hardware.

Does anyone have any good references that shows where I should run the line and what valves and parts need to go where?
