Who wouldn't just love to own that beauty? Wow. Long time coming, well worth the wait gentlemen. They didn't look that good when new. Congrats to all who had a hand in this rebuild.

Re: Project Underhaulin Update?

Update: Project Underhaulin' is in its new home in Florida. This truck's road has been long and sometimes tumultuous, but at this point the truck can take on a new life with us. Woody, Russ, and everyone else who invested blood, sweat, busted knuckles, parts, money, and time can be very proud of what they've accomplished. I know Clyde and Dawn would be proud and thankful. Thanks for all of your hard work, we'll take it from here...

What the truck looks like today...

I hope the money we paid for the truck goes a long way toward the goals of buying a headstone for Clyde and Dawn and creating bank/savings accounts for their grandchildren.

We have made several updates to the truck which can be followed at:

Re: Project Underhaulin Update?

So glad this project saw a happy ending.
It has been frustrating to say the least. Especially for me. I was the one who collected and distributed all the monetary donations, and like many others I donated hundreds myself. I was in constant contact with both of Dawn's daughters throughout with no updates to give them.
I was a forum staff member at the time, but after the original Project Underhaulin thread was locked, I got so frustrated that I had to step away from this forum. This is my first post since May of 2017.
For some reason, today I got to wondering what ever happened, so I logged in.
A happy ending for sure.
Kudos to everyone involved.

Bill, if you knew what was going on in the background, you would had understood why. I know you knew some, but probably not near all. All good deeds come at a cost. Everything worth doing is a fight. Those fit. Im just glad it was done, delivered and over. Its good to see you back, you were missed.
