I'd like to do all 3 seats like this one;

I'm doing the int up pretty stock. White seats, black carpet and dash pad, I'd like to get my mitts on some nice white front seat belts... I already have the rear covered.
It'll have updated tunes... i already have a sony head unit and CD/MP3 chainger sitting here, I have a set of 6X9's and possibly some 6 inch spekers that i may run as subs... I gotta get them out of the boxes and see what they are, they may not hold up. If they are good, I'll atempt to make a small box to hide under the center seat. The 6x9s may get mounted in the rear panels... the original owner already put holes back there, so i might as well make them a bit bigger and get some decent sound. Same deal with the doors... he put spekers in them, so I don't have to feel guilty mounting better ones in there (not that I'd feel guilty) I'd like to install black carpet on the lower doors... possibly covering the speakers (i like my tunes hidden) and also a carpeted tail gate too.
I guess since the spare goes inside, that counts too...I just had a 7inch wide rally wheel given to me, I'll check it out and see if it's worth keeping, if so, it'll get painted up like the others and tossed in the back.
I have a few ideas that I need to try and finish figuring out for the int... a few that may work, and a few that probably won't.
But I don't wanna give away the surprises.

rick... how much you lookin to spend, and how much burb are you expecting? There's a total POS for sale here for a grand. It's complete... but complete junk too.

it's hard to work on it when it's the driver and your open work space (no carport or anything at all) keeps gettin rained on.
Big things are coming up here REAL soon.

I agree maybe a anniversary trip back to washington state when done, That would be way cool. I am glad you are making progress on this. I followed The Burbarific adventure on here.

update;
I got the 12 bolt one step closer to being ready to slip under the burb.
Nothing real exciting... but progress is progress.
So hear goes
Rear came with the burb, came out from under a 72 1/2 ton big block burb... SHOULD be a 3.07 gear, but I'll be confirming that. Already confirmed it is a one wheel wonder, but I'm cool with that, it's a cruiser, not a race car.

Spent an hr with the steam cleaner blowing crap all over me, and soaking me to the bone, came out looking like this;

Those two were with the phone, which is now sporting a cracked camera lens... terrific.
Get it home (and grab the actual camera), and back into the drive... you can see space is VERY limited here... everyone else's projacts in the way... to include someone's project of cutting the branches off the tree... I'm parked on top of that mess.
The lack of a hoist makes these things interesting, but not impossible.

Prop the yoke up on the truck so i can get the whole rear done easily

You can see the same jar of POR15 on the plastic box to the left... still going, but it is getting low... and when i opened it, i discovered a thin skin covering the top. I hope to use the rest of it up on the front suspention before opening another quart.

I plan to remove the cover here this weekend maybe, so i can take it to work and sand blast it bafore POR'ing it. I don't want it to be all rough looking.

After POR, I shot it with some clear coat I had laying around (yes, spray bomb)... left over from the rally wheel redo.

The brake shoes look great, the springs and hdwr look awesome, so I'll probably just pull it all off, and POR the inside of the backing plate... gives the shoes a real smooth place to slide. I'll be sand blasting the finned drums too, and hitting them with gloss black engine paint. Hopefully they won't get hot enough to burn the paint, and the fresh blasted metal will keep it from rusting from under the paint. I've done it a few times before, and it's been 50/50 on longevity of the paint, so we'l see what happens.
I did buy some straps and bolts for the rear U joint to yoke... so I spent 7.56 at NAPA... Otherwise, that's all i spent.
one hr getting wet, and I think i have about 2 1/2 into the POR and paint... and that's about it.
Slow progress is better than nothing at all.

Nice job LHM. I have the same rear under mine (open 3.07ish 5-lug 71-72 12 bolt). Are the finned drums anything special? I've been holding on to mine since the disc conversion.

BTW if you keep your POR-15 in a freezer it seems to last longer. It won't freeze, just let it warm up a little before using it. I like to use the latex gloves I wear during application as the lid too (both). Saves the struggle getting the metal lid off...

Crappy night time pic, but the H.D. dana is out, and the SLAMMED 12 bolt is in!
3rd pic, one of the wheels installed... there was some questions as to what I would do about the lug nuts, since I refuse to use the gay looking plastic lug nut covers
4th pic shows the lug nut it's self, along with a reflection of me in the chrome center cap.
