97" Longbed

Anyone know which modern bed will fit a 58 3600 with minimal modifications? Thanks

Re: 97" Longbed

same bed, tailgate, steps and fenders 55 thru 66
same bed and tailgate thru the late 80s
as for ''modern'' late model beds... i've never seen one that looked right on a tf truck without some serious customizing

Ogre

So if I can get a bed from a 66 it should fit with just some tweaking? That would be great. Would a 74 be a candidate? I have lines of those

Re: 97" Longbed

Fleetside body lines won't match post-59 if that's a concern.

Here's my '66 the day we picked it up:

as compared to the side of my '58:

Re: 97" Longbed

not only the bed lines, the 55-59 cab is narrower than the 60-66 cab
