That's a hard one. Maybe call McMaster Carr?

Why...O.. WHY...? Not one of the greatest things GM thought about using. IF I get them out in one piece (without stripping it), then it goes in a "dead pile" and is replaced with something that is actually useful.
That said, McMaster-Carr MIGHT have some, or Paul B......

Not on the McMaster Carr website (that I could find). I have these bolts for the rear fenders, but I need a couple of longer ones. I guess I could switch to button heads with an allen wrench. It is not like I am going for originality LOL

funny anecdote here: i used to spray penetrant and wait and try and take trucks apart saving the hardware. sometimes they would act like they would loosen and would get stuck, usually breaking or requiring me to cut. then I realized a box of 100 ea 5/16 hex bolts washers and nuts was 11 bucks. now I just set my impact screwdriver with 1/2 socket to tighten and almost every bolt breaks in less than a second. I took apart a 54 absolutely completely (including rear fenders and even the bed front panel) yesterday, the only bolts I undid without snapping were the hood and steering column. (doors were already off)

Re: Longer 5/16" Clutch Head Bolts

the only clutch head anything you'll find will be reproduction parts for chevy trucks and old tractors
best ss bolt selection i've found is boltdepot.com
i bought ss bed bolts in boxes of 100 for 30% of the ss bed bolt kits vendors sell
for fender bolts use truss head bolts with 50% bigger head
shipping will eat you up for small orders, try to order all you need at one time

If you just need a couple you could always TIG the head on a longer bolt.

You can probably find an allen head or torx head in stainless but I have never seen (or looked for stainless clutch heads.

Re: Longer 5/16" Clutch Head Bolts

my guess would be the top middle with the inside brace, and the two that pass through the angle strips. what made them need to be longer? i always fight that top one but only because the brace takes a bit to line up, use a clamp (if you have the bedsides cut, cant really find a long clamp if not) to squeeze it all together.
