Do you use the factory vent holes under the dash for anything with the Vintage Air Kits? I want to fill my drivers side with my fuse box (Painless) to keep my firewall smooth....

if you're talking about the kick panel vents, then they have nothing to do with the VA system...

the kit comes with a blockoff plate for the one on the passenger side.

Careful! Be sure the ducts are and stay clean. Otherwise, you are headed for cancer-city. BTDT, got the replacement cab to prove it.

LSx 6.0 with BTR Stage IV, Speed Engineering Headers, 4L80e transmission w/3200 Circle-D Stall. 3.73. Posi. Purchased this truck when I was 17. I started the rebuild (or take apart) in 1993. I have drug it around all over the country in pieces. Finally back on the road in 2021. "I can't complain, but sometimes I still do. Life's been good to me so far."
