67 C20 and C10 Frame differences

Hi There:
Are there huge difference between 67 C20 long bed frame with 67 C10 short bed besides the length? Would it be direct swap? I have come across a C10 short bed frame and I would love to swap my long bed since it barely fits in my garage! I like to transfer my 8 lug wheels since I have disc brake conversion on all 4 corners and I prefer 8 lug wheel appearance.
Thanks

I know the C20s have different cab mounts. Don't know if that's any use to you.

Re: 67 C20 and C10 Frame differences

controls arms are different as well as all the steering linkage, c20 frame is taller and all the crossmembers are different as well. radiator support mounts might be different as well. the c20 might also be a leaf spring suspension whereas the c10 will be a coil frame most likely, shock mounts might be different as well

Re: 67 C20 and C10 Frame differences

a c10 kit will not work as the frame of a C20 is taller you can shorten a c20 but youll have to do all the fabbing
