Guys laying s10 frame

Thought I would double check before I weld in this notch. Should I be moving the rear axle forward or to the rear 1"-1.5" to center wheels? I'm still waiting on the title, so Im doing all my suspension while I wait. I have it marked at 1.5" forward with room to go both directions 1 1/2 inches.

That's what I would normally do, but in this case I do not want to remove the body from the original frame until I have a clean CA title. Just in case I need to have it inspected.
