1999 Suburban Barn Door Problem

Has anyone had a problem with the rear barn doors not closing correctly. My passenger side or right barn door closes but at the top there is a gap. (the top sticks out a little) Sometimes it closes all the way to a nice snug fit, other times it leaves a gap at the top between doors.

Any ideas why?
