Suburban/Truck seat compatibility

Does anyone know if the seats out of a 60-66 truck will bolt into the front of a 64 suburban? I bought a project suburban recently and it came without a front seat. Are the suburban front seats hard to find? I know the issue with rear access with a truck seat, just trying to figure out if it will actually bolt in.

not sure if it will bolt in, as the suburban front seat has a jump seat on the passenger side to gain access to the rear seats. it may bolt in you just will have a tight fit to pass through or no access at all.

Re: Suburban/Truck seat compatibility

I'm only interested to know if it will actually bolt it, I am not concerned about the lack of the jump seat option.

Re: Suburban/Truck seat compatibility

Well they have the same floor so I think if you drill a couple of mounting holes then the seats should fit

Don't forget that the seats have welded-in reinforcement at the bolt holes, so you'd have to add some of that too.
