New cab floor.
What company makes the best cab floors i've decided to fix my very rusty original cab. Truck came with rockers and a cab corner.

The last three cab floors I have replaced were either Triplus 400-4067 from AMD (Auto Metal Direct)
or # 849220 from Tommy's Pickup Parts here in Shelby NC These things weigh in at 121 pounds... Other brands seem to come in around 112 for other manufacturers like LMC etc.. I put the difference down to gauge of the metal itself. Cant stress this enough... Build yourself a set of cross brace bars to rigidly brace the cab before you remove the original floor...think 8 way bars, across both door openings, cross braced, then front braced to firewall in three locations, and rear brace to back wall of cab in two locations. Cab stripped bare, cab off chassis and on dolly, cross braced, then on rotisserie, pivoting on cross brace points on door openings. I cut the entire old floor out leaving 3/4" of old floor in place, then drill out the factory welds by hand...lots of cold chisel work and panel beating flanges etc. Note: Most replacement floors are designed for column shift, low hump style vehicles....suggest if you need a high hump floor...do not cut new floor before its fully welded in place ! I have seen projects done without bracing....usually ends up with door openings wildly out of spec.... Good luck, hope this helps...

Woodall makes some good products. Their bed floor is a very nice reproduction.

I used a Woodall High Hump cab floor and got it from SoKY Classics in Bowling Green Kentucky. It's a pretty decent piece. There were a few issues with the toe boards closing the gap completely and the kick panels fitting the contour of the floor But overall it seems decent.

Sorry about the sideways photos. I used odd pieces of scrap metal from work for bracing. The rear floor to cab mounts in 67/68 were spot welded to the back of the cab and make it easier to install the floor. Also having a high hump helps to center the front. I had to cut the floor for my transmission tunnel as well. Hanging the cab and dropping it out from the bottom worked well for me.
