Question IFS Choices for '59 Apache/New to Board

Howdy gang-

New to the board and recent purchaser of a pretty darn solid '59 in original condition for the most part. I am looking to "rod" it a bit. Have done quite a bit of research on all of the manufacturers of an IFS for these Task Force era trucks.

All of that said, I haven't gotten a feel if anyone has had better luck with brand "X" over brand "Y" or the plusses/minuses of each manufacturer. I saw a TCI kit installed on a '58 and it seemed "limited" in camber adjustment on the upper arm.

Any and all input will be appreciated.

Here is a picture of the truck as I purchased it.

Joe

Not sure what I did wrong... the picture didn't attach...

Maybe you guys can help with that too.

I was really hoping for some comments on IFS's from different people.

Thanks,
Joe

We have put Fat Mans on 12 55-59 trucks with good luck and only minor problems with the big block trucks, had to notch and reweld the supplied crossmember to clear the oil pan.
