Remove powder coat before pressing ball joint ??

Just curious what you guys think. Do you remove the powder coat in the ID of the lower ball joint hole on LCA or just leave it alone and press them in?

Press em in. The powder coat is inconsequential.

I'd try pressing it in anyways if it won't seat fully then remove the powder coating.

Sorry forgot about this thread.

Thanks for the input, they pressed in Just fine while it did scrape some powder out of the ID. The biggest problem was the AZ loan a tool ball joint press scraped up the powder on one side. Oh well, I found ford wheel paint to be a near perfect match. Here is a pic.
