Changed your title and moved to main area where you may get more views. I have never had any truck that size so not sure how it is done.

Re: Who has done 10 lug conversions

What 10 lug pattern? 3500hd or semi truck?

For 3500hd, I would look for heavy duty P30 wheels. They are 8 lug and they are 19.5 inch. That way you can run 19.5 inch tires without having to swap parts.

For the semi pattern, adapters are needed.
