33x13.5r15 Tires
I was wondering if anyone has ran 33x13.5 tires on their rig, I'm going to do either a 2" or 4" lift, and taking the wheel tire combos I can run into consideration.

I run 33x12.50x15 without any lift.

stick with a 4" BS on an 8" wheel and you shouldnt have any rubbing issues, as long as your suspension isnt toast.

I had 33x12.50 tires on my 70 blazer and they rubbed on full lock at stock height. I installed a 2 inch lift and no problems since. Here is a pic with the lift. I think my sig photo is 33s without a lift.

From personal experience, if you are doing any freeway driving in your blazer don't go with a 13.5 wide tire. It will pull you all over the road. Stick with a 12.5 or better yet a 10.5. But for a simple no frills trail rig 13.5 on an 8 or 10 inch wide wheel will work just fine.

33 X 12 1/2 on mine with stock lift and no rubbing issues at all. I can cruise 75 MPH with no handling issues. 13 1/2 might be pushing it !

I ran 33 14.5 Mickey Thompsons on my Jimmy with an 8" rim. They rubbed on the leaf springs when turning and they rubbed on the inside of the tub in the rear of the tub as well. 10" rim would probably fix that.
I think 4" lift is too much with 33" tire so I'd go two. If you go to 4 then 35's. Have a project Jimmy for my teenager that we bought 4" springs for because the lift was on sale at almost half of what the 2 1/2" was. So I guess that means 35's!
