Whos Done A Cummins Swap?

I'm in the gathering stages of my 94 K3500 4x4 dually project.
As it sets its a hodgepodge of parts. It was originally a 6.5 truck, swapped to a carb 350 when that died.
I have purchased a 97 Cab to update it a little.I have the entire harness needed for a 5.7 vortec,it has the NV4500 5 speed in it.
It's new lease on life is to be my all around,do everything truck. Those chores will include towing, hauling dirt or gravel as needed, feeding hay with the hydraulic spike I have for it,you name it.It's not needed for a daily commute as I have a car for a daily driver, although I do want to be able to depend on it when needed.

My question is,who's done a 12v cummins swap, and how involved is it?I am aware mounts would have to be fabbed, theres no problem there. Will the bellhousing from a Dodge NV bolt up?Clutch disk? And where is the best place to procure the engine?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
