removing paint from my grille

what's the best way to remove paint from my chrome grille? paint thinner isn't working. thanks.

I have used oven cleaner (miracle spray?)

Walmart sells a paint remover that is like a foam that you leave on the part for 5 min and then wipe of hose off.

Either will work well

0000 steel wool. this works very well also works on windows 71 Big Red.
