Re: What's it worth? 1971 GMC C30 Longhorn Sierra Grande

First of all, the truck is a GMC C3500, not a Chevy C/30. What a running and driving truck goes for does not apply here, and $8k would be high if it was. I'm thinking about $1,000-1,500, unless that engine was just recently rebuilt. Then abot $2,500-3,500. If you have a truck sitting for 26 years pulled apart that needs rust repair and you decide to sell it you won't get it's best value unless you put it together and get it running. It is either a junker to part out or a big project for someone. The money goes to the one who puts it together and gets it running, not the one who let it sit and go to crap
