Craigs list find..........

I just thought this was an eye catcher!
Almost borders on "gaudy", but I wouldn't kick it outta bed, unless there was more room on the Road!

Re: Craigs list find..........

I'd roll in it. I would definitely nix all the chrome handles and fuel door for body color stuff, but otherwise, it looks cool.

Re: Craigs list find..........

Looks good. I like it when they say never raced. All the goodies and never used. Not calling the guy a liar, just have seen that line used many, many times with dirt bikes.

For example, (this is a bike I went and looked at for a friend a few years ago)

2003 Honda CR250R

Race mods to motor
Race exhaust
Race mods to carb
Race CDI box
Race air filter

Low hours never raced.
Have to sell, too busy to ride-call anytime

All that chrome, paint, and other bling, and he couldn't paint the rusty rotors? Sore thumb right there.

Yeah I saw an ad one time like that. I really wish I would have saved it now. Gave all the breakdown of the car, and said never raced, but it had a picture of the car taking off from the starting line at the drag strip. It was an epic FAIL.

The truck looks pretty good. Like others have said I would drive it, just change a few things to my taste.

Re: Craigs list find..........

The price the guy is asking for that thing is astronomical.

That interior is atrocious. Anything with diamond plate is just....cheezy.

The plastic chrome looking things on the hood is another thing that looks terrible.

And like was mentioned earlier, those rusty ass rotors. lol

That's a huge pet peeve of mine. You see a bad ass built truck, where the owner clearly dumped a ton of time and money into, and then you look out the back and see some crusty ass drums/rotors.

Other then that, if I purchased that truck, it would quickly be de-chromed, new wheels, interior put back near to stock, and most the other useless stuff stripped.
