tires!!!!
hey guys, need some help, i got an 06 silverado, 1/2 ton, i lifted it to look like an hd, its about an inch taller than an hd, question is i want to put 315 70 r17s on, will they fit?
i put a level kit on which raised it bout 3 inches and a 3 inch body lift, and a 1.5 block lift in the back. will they fit? , heres a pic of my truck with 285/70/17  thanks guys

yes they will fit, might have to trim the bottom valance just a bit but nothing major

They might fit, but what rims are you putting them on? I think a 315 tire is recommended for rims at least 8'' wide(please someone correct me if I'm wrong). If those are stock rims on your truck they might not work.
When I bought my tires I had the same problem not knowing for sure if they would fit. Discount Tire mounted one tire on the front for me to make sure it wouldn't rub anywhere before I bought the set. |
