91 Burb suspension to 70 C10?
I have a bagged 91 Suburban, can I just swap whole control arm setup to the 70 crossmember?

Yes. It all bolts on. You'll likely need to drill out the lower control arm u bolt holes for the larger u bolts that the later suspension uses. The holes are there already of course, but earlier trucks used small diameter u bolts. Just pass a drill bit through them to open them up. Just takes a minute.
