I am sure that the holes on the arms were drilled just a hair to big. My invoice number was 8749 I think I ordered Dec early jan.

I eventually found a thread on this board where Nathan said that the nut should bottom out the crush sleeve bushing then go an additional 1/4 turn. That's what I did.

As far as the zerks, it wasn't the zerk fitting being undersize, the hole itself was oversize. As a machinist for over 25 years, it was fairly easy for me to spot the issue. Guys not familiar with metal working and proper tap drills may not realize the issue.

Not meant as a bash by any means. Some of the nicest components I've ever purchased and just wanted to point out my experience. A set of instructions on the control arm kit would go a long way to help explain some of the small things that pop up. Hope my input helps you guys improve your processes and products.
x2, Sounds exactly like I had written it. I was contacting you mostly through emails. I also asked for torque specs and I was emailed a basic copy of the instructions which wasn't much. I did what Willie did and found the info on this site.

I am not trying to give PB a bad name the products are outstanding, but they are lacking a bit in customer support. Including a good set of instructions would help a lot.

Sorry to the OP, for getting off track. Did you find all the parts within your budget?

no offense, but i honestly didn't have time to wait on you guys to "make it right." I had already waited approx 8 weeks on my arms after being told that it would be 3-4 weeks when i originally placed the order.

If i may, let me be blunt for a moment - i get it you guys have long lead-times, that was understood when I originally considered your products - but when one places an order & their confidence in a vendor based on the delivery information that was supplied by said vendor (aka: his word) at the time of order to discover afterwards that this information is false/not accurate, then it doesn't exactly leave one with a "warm and fuzzy" if you know what i mean.
Willie,

Totally get it. Sorry you didn't have a great experience. I'll try to do better if we have an opportunity in the future.

Fabricated parts are top notch! Just wish some of the other was a bit better.

You guys will definitely have another opportunity based on the responsiveness in this conversation thread and the quality of the parts.

Parts are installed and truck is back on the road. It's all good!

I don't see it as bashing, only sharing my experience.

Yes I was.

Went with Stage 2 Deluxe kit with 1" narrow and 1" forward arms.
3" CPP drop strings
CPP 5x5 lug drop spindle kit with brakes
Ridetech HQ shock

Total $2,495

I did have to give up on Rack-n-pinion steering and run old school power steering. I might down grade the Ridetech HQ shocks and save a couple bucks.

I placed the order on the kit now to get in line ASAP and will order the rest of the parts once the kit is complete.

Re: PB Stage 2 Deluxe Front Kit

Keep the HQ's you wont be disappointed. I actually wanted to run the RQ's, (didn't really need the adjustability), but ridetech no longer makes them. For the 2 miles of in town driving I have done with the HQ's I have been impressed.

I load photos from my iphone or iPad directly.
I don't host them anywhere.
You can also load them into the photo gallery here on this board.

Yup, then they're here for future reference. Glad I saved my important reference pics

I ordered a few days after you and I still have two weeks to go. My new shop is behind schedule so I'm not in a big rush. I can say I'm not use to waiting this long for parts, but it's giving me time to do other things. The last time I was in a rush to get things Chris had to help me install it all months later.
