Hi Gang, Got A " what is this " question
Ok, My Brother had this, he says for about 30 years. The questions are:
1. What is it ? 2. What year did it go to ? 3. And does it have any value ?

Got the exhaust on now I am waiting for the break parts to come in. |

Re: Hi Gang, Got A " what is this " question
Vacuum modulator for an automatic transmission.
No idea what year though. Looks a lot like one that I had on a Powerglide but then it also looks like one I had on a TH400. Probably common to a bunch of auto transmissions. Probably not worth much for unknown condition

Re: Hi Gang, Got A " what is this " question
Thanks everyone for your comments and links. I thought that it was a Vacuum modulator for an automatic transmission also. I even showed him a VM on one of my 350 trans. But he wanted to know. He is a collector of parts he finds when he was working on cars back in the day. So thanks everyone, John

Re: Hi Gang, Got A " what is this " question
It would be foolish to toss out anyway. We don't know that it is junk and throwing out old parts is silly when there is always someone who could use it. If it has no value and you have no use then give away, not throw away. Could be the specific correct part for a restoration where the exact correct modulator has not been available for 20 or more years.
