Cab mount bolt sizes

Anybody know what size bolts the carriage bolts are to mount the cab to the frame? Or can someone tell what I will need. I have the cab mount bushings already and I don’t feel like spending 80 dollars for another set when I already have the bushings

Re: Cab mount bolt sizes

You have the rubber bushings...do you have the sleeves and washers ?

The front two bolts are different to the rear cab mount bolts...

If you have the sleeves and washers just lay them out and measure overall length....the fronts need nuts, the rears screw into the cab itself...

See http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cb/full.aspx?Page=17

Front bolt lists at $ 7.95 ea
Front nut is $ 0.95 a

Rears list at $ 4.95 ea

All I have is just the bushings, no sleeves or washers.

Re: Cab mount bolt sizes

You'll need the sleeves and washers or the bushings will collapse and be of no good to you.

Re: Cab mount bolt sizes

Check out the link I sent you ....
the sleeves are available...
for about $5 each....

as are the washers etc...

http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cb/full.aspx?Page=17

Are you sure the bushes are correct for the truck...?

Might be easier to just buy the entire install kit....$ 130....for everything...
