Sorry if this has been posted before, did some searching and didn´t find it on here.
Think it is a cool picture.

Found it in a Swedish tow truck group on Facebook, think it was posted there because the truck is towing a Swedish Volvo 121/122 or Amazon as they are called here.

What's up with the hood is that a hickey hood.

Looks like it was taken right in front of Macy's 34th Street Entrance in Manhattan.

Not sure exactly when in the mid 70's the NYPD changed to the blue/white paint scheme from the earlier tan/white/green schemed vehicles.

As to the hood, might it be a meduim duty cab tow truck?

Tim, Sorry for being unclear. The pic is taken in NY, the only Swedish thing about it is the Volvo behind the Chevy truck. Thanks, Mats

Sweden could be just as grungy 🙂 Cool to see there are some Volvos in Chevyland.
