Dash Pad Repair?

Since my dash pad is toast I found this decent one at the junk yard. However there are a few cracks. I am at a lost on how to repair them, I was thinking for the smaller cracks you use some fiber glass from the underside and then drill out the holes. But I don't know if that's a good idea. As far at the larger hole its in the center so is its a lost, I assume you could replace it with a speaker grill. Unless its looks tacky. Anyway here are some pictures, and since I have never done any kind of interior repair I am really open to advice.

This last picture is a bad one. But you can kinda see the crack.
