6 Inch Lift kit K5 Blazer

Well a freind of mine wants to get his stock 83 K5 lifted.
he wants a 6 Inch Lift kit under it.

anyone know an online shop thats sell a good kit with everything thats plug and play.

is there anything i need other then whats comes in the kit i need
what sould i buy for asseroies extended brake lines? T-case Drop?
