Re: vintage 4x4 pics

Here's the thread we've had going here for a while. Enjoy!

http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=316751

I grew up with my dad having a '62 Land Rover 109. He ended up with 5 by the end. Some were 88s and they ranged from,59-'68. One day looking at my 1/2 dozen or so 67-72 GM 4wds it hit me how we were the same, only with different vehicles.

thanks, thats a cool thread. i'm looking for crappy old grainy pics of people out wheelin', like the ones on this thread on another forum. http://www.greatlakes4x4.com/showthread.php?t=193831 , not car show pics, or shots in the driveway or yard.

Re: vintage 4x4 pics

Ok,I read it to say "vintage 4x4 and wheelin' pics". I think there may be a few old scanned action shots in there. I'll see what I have, but I think all mine are still shots that I took. I wish I could have gotten copies from those who took pictures of my trucks in action.

Re: vintage 4x4 pics

thats awesome. and still shots are fine too. i just want to see vintage pics, not pics of vintage vehicles that someone took last weekend at the car show. the more action the better, but anything vintage is cool to see. i wanna see your hippie hair and bellbottoms pushin' your rig out of a mud hole, haha. check out the link i posted above.

Re: vintage 4x4 pics

Ok,if you insist. This is me and my '69nPower Wagon 31 years ago. My last non-GM truck. It started out a W200 Styleside. I took it down to the frame, put a W300 cab on and took the hood and Utiline bed from a parts truck. My first truck restoration:

I'll post some still shots of my past 67-72s I scanned when I get back from Carlisle Truck Nationals.

I wish I did have some action shots. I don't even have pictures of all the trucks I've had...nothing.

Re: vintage 4x4 pics

I wish I had pictures of the mud truck in action. I know somebody has. I had a partner (most of his money) on it and someone made him an offer. It sold before I could get pictures, still or in action.
