67 c10, Help build my SPID

I have a bone stock 67 c10 LWB, 250 Inline, 3OTT and I assume 3.73 gears.

I have figured out 2 of the 4 RPO Codes:
4613AB-Red vinyl trim
4V38AB - Painted rear bumper

So the front bumper looks painted and it appears it had a heater delete.

Color appears to be white (on firewall/back of cab)

looks like it only had 4 or 5 lines on it total. What would the model be?

Gonna need a time machine for that one. If there is a build sheet in the seat, it has probably turned to slow smoke in the Arizona heat.

And,

4C48AB for the heater delete.

Probably one for white paint.

That’s probably the 4.

The gauge cluster is probably the non-gauge type.
