97 to 99 Tahoe Harness?

I have a 1997 Tahoe that has a really hacked up harness. I mean cuts, chops, melted wires you name it.

I picked up a 1999 Tahoe for $200 mostly for the wheels and it occurred to me that the harness might be more or less the same. Thoughts? I'd like to pull the harness from the donor and put it in.

Re: 97 to 99 Tahoe Harness?

I am not sure. Since 97+ had front air bags on the passenger side, I am thinking that the two would not quite be a plug-in replacement. Hopefully some others wiser than me will chime in.

Yeah, what he said. For whatever reason, I saw your first post as a 96, not 97. So they should be pretty much the same thing.
