rear inner fender ?

I,m replacing the quarter on a 80,s truck and the inner wheel well is good except the bottom half. Can you buy this part and what is it called .It,s the little piece about 8 inchs that has 2 spot welds to the main inner fender and then gets spot welded to the lower outer quarter panel

I'm pretty sure you'll have to buy the whole outer wheel well. but the piece you're talking about is spot welded to the arch just like the original so you could remove it from the new patch panel and replace yours.
