Horn Probs - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have a 70 C-20 my prob is that I can not get the horn to work, I have replaced the original horn with a new one from JC Whitney and also replaced the horn relay. If I do a continuity check from the horn to the horn switch in the steering colum i get nothing but if I touch the center of the steering colum i get continuity. Also if I do a continuity check from the wire exiting from the relay to the horn switch I get continuity. What do I need to do any help would be great.
