Zinc coated rotors.

Whats the advantage of zinc coated rotors over non coated rotors if any? Just got a set of coated rotors just wondering if there worth installing. Thanks

Re: Zinc coated rotors.

my car has some up front and reg ones in the rear. on the rear ones you see "surface rust" on the surface at times (until u brake) the part that stays close to the rim always has rust.

the fronts never have surface rust. think i'll get zinc coated for the rear soon as well.
