Hell yea! Portland's only a 6 hour drive (w/trailer) away. I'll do my best to be a good host my friend. That goes for anyone who wants to come visit our off-road park. I would love to have the chance to go wheelin' with you guys. I'm getting kinda tired of all the local POSER"S!!! who park at the mudpit and watch. Yea, you know who you are. Calling you out!

Re: 4X4 Action Pix

Spent a lot of time pulling out stuck and broke trucks. One poor guy was giving a Ford Extended Cab Diesel a "test drive" and punched a hole in his oil filter. No pix though, who wants to see a Ferd here anyway

Re: 4X4 Action Pix

Reproduced my favorite ''poser" shot last weekend. Hopefully my buddies real action shots turned out.....wait and see. We were having a good time up until the transfer case shifter pivot bolt sheared off. Its always something.

Another member accused me of being too hard on my rig after I mentioned some breakage. I think its has more to do with how MUCH I get to go. I try for every other weekend. The off-road park is only about a 5 mile drive from my house.

Looking forward to your turkey day pix!

Secretly I work for the Spokane chamber of commerce. My goal is to get you all to move here so we can all go wheeling together.

Re: 4X4 Action Pix

Finally got some other big trucks to the park and BOOM goes my front drive shaft.

The Blazer/Rabbit, Farveg-blazer thing was a mid-70's Blazer. He also had driveline issues. Never the less it was a fun day.

Re: 4X4 Action Pix

I think Johnny's pics prove he's no poser, but I thought I'd vouch for him & let everyone know he's a wheeler & a hell-of-a-guy. I got to wheel with him once & want to get out there with him more, but need to get a clutch & new set of tires on the dd Thanks for making people want to come to Spokane, maybe a board meet is in order? & thanks again for keeping me posted on when you'll be out there - maybe me & a couple others can get out there with you soon!

Re: 4X4 Action Pix

Was feeling a little left out, so this is my lateset off road adventure. I'm actually working, no really, I'm working! I had to go up to a radio transmitter site & get it working. I didn't enjoy trying to get up there at all! Actually, I love my job & you fellas would probably not like me much if you knew some of the things we "had" to do to do our jobs. Toasted the clutch some more getting up there. Not sure how I made it home, but it's still holding.

Re: 4X4 Action Pix

Finally hit the park with some hard core guys from a local 4x4 shop. These guys don't mess around. Very impressive and actually a little discouraging to see what a smaller serious rig can do, compared to my tank, but still very cool.

Thanks to Joe and Luke from Central 4x4!

More from the W.C.P.W. 11-25-07. 7 Mile off-road park. Spokane, Wa.

The Yota blew a burfield-joint and a tire bead in the rocks. Good times.
