72 Chevy K10 suspension upgrade

Hey guys, I am new to the site and looking for some ideas to help with making my 72 Chevy k10 have a better ride. The truck already has a 4inch lift and Rides great on the flats, but soon as I hit a pothole or speed bump it feels like the truck is about fall apart. Already considering the basics ( springs, shocks, bushings, sway bars). I just wanted to see if you guys had any luck doing anything different? Or any recommendations on what to hit first!
