Post Wondering if I need to replace my springs, or just get shocks

So I have this 68Chevy C10, SWB Stepside, and I think something's needing to be replaced in my suspension. I've got coil springs all around and some really nasty looking shocks. My truck seems to tilt to the left (driver's side), especially when someone sits in the driver's seat. (And no, I've already lost 25 pounds, so it's not me. )

I can lift the truck a few inches at the fender and it hits the bumps really hard when I'm driving.

Sound like just shocks? Or should I look at replacing the springs? How do you know if you need to replace the springs?

Any help appreciated.

Probably just needs shocks. Is the truck sitting lower than stock due to spring-sag?

If you have body lean thats a good sign of springs that need to replaced or your body mounts are worn out.If your showing negative arc in your springs that is another sign.I would say replace springs and shocks.Just my 2 cents.
