Post engine swap ?'s

I'm looking to install a 350 into a 1970 truck. What all extra parts would I need for this to get it to run and how much do you think it would be? Would I be able to use anything off the old 6cylinder in it? Thanks for your help!

get the sb motor mount towers would be a good start.probably time for some new exhaust, maybe a bigger radiator, might as well replace some gaskets on the 350 clean and paint it up,and someother stuff.make sure the flywheel flexplate combo is the same,i think sbc have different location holes in frame.ive never done a 6cyl sbc chevy swap just bbc swaps.

Dont think you can use much of anything off the 6 brackets and pulleys are all differnt, and so is much of everything else.some wiring might be a little off.but it should be a real simple swap, atleast it is to a bb

The altinator is on the passenger side on V-6 and inlines, the proper place on the V-8 is the drivers side, but if you go with a long water pump set up, you'll be able to keep it on the passenger side. This set up will also relocate the pwr steering pump to an area that makes it easier to instal, let alone check.
