Re: Field finds?
I came across such vehicles pretty often when I was an exterminator in NC. I tried to buy a 1969 Ford Fairlane but the owner would not budge.
I considered buying a 1973 Buick 225 that was very stock (but with every possible option). I just couldn't figure out where to put it and I had to let it go. I tried to buy a 1976 Pontiac Catalina but the seller was too hard to pin down. We made a deal and we'd set a date and time to complete the buy but he'd stand me up. I got tired of his silliness and when he later called me at work and even came down to my offer price, I had no time for him. *Since he didn't have a title, it was possibly the best thing to forget about it. |
