Flywheel Question - NV3500

Does the flywheel for a NV3500 have locking tabs or a ring or anything that locks the flywheel bolts in place (similar to a SBC)? I am piecing together an LS swap and I only have bolts with ny-lock on them and didn't see anything about this in the manual. Thanks.
