new member from Morgan Hill, CA.

Hello

I am new to this online forum, but not new to forums.

My uncle has a 1956 Chevy 6400 dump truck. he gave me the keys to it so I could move 1100 gallons of water for irrigation purpose as our property is a Riparian zone.

I work on a certified organic farm and am volunteer fire fighter wanting to go career. I basically built a small water tender.

I have some questions about the truck, those question will be coming over time.

Morgan Hill... back in like 1960 we lived at Uvas and Croy road out there. My dads good friend was Frank Rapero who owned the Quail Canyon Inn (Chesbro lake???) anyway his wife Louise always wanted to sell the land (across the road) and the Inn and move to the city. She latter died before Frank. Wild children back then. Remember many a character walk through the doors. This was before the biker days.
