Post I have a 94' Sierra. Im wanting to raise it about 4". Whats the best way&Cheapest way

please help me with this question i need to know the best and cheapest way to do this. im on a smaller budget so i would like tyoi know what you guys think.

well the CHEAPEST would be a 3" body lift... the best would be shackle flip or new springs in the back with a superlift or whatever front lift
